Nole won Hopman Cup in 2008 with JJ and says that it was a “good preparation for the Australian Open.” ORLY?

Great line-up, no word on whether or not Sam is going to be playing with Lleyton. Hopman Cup is kind of the greatest way to start the season; men’s and women’s tennis, doubles, personality and fun. They’re serious warm-up matches, but they’re not on the tour and the mixed doubles is always a good time. And for that, it’s as great a warm-up for the players as it is fans, as they’re just getting stuff back up and going after the break. And hey, there’s a few bucks for winning, too.
