Ah – so it is all a cunning plan – just incase i didn’t rearrange enough of my life around the tennis tour! unfortunately the ‘other’ world interfered and I missed the Serena/Nads – sounds like it was a joyfull watch – next time lucky, i hope.

I can see where you are coming from with the drama element – it does look like fun and i will definately give it another go especially as i am enjoying the blogs and have gone to the trouble of learning all the nicknames.

Cheers, and thanks for reading! I do tend to favour the WTA (just for it’s extreme drama) but I DO love the ATP, and it offers the big time matches like no other.

WTA is just different, I guess. Players are a bit more dramatic, anything can happen any day… sure it’s inconsistent, but that’s the point. Some people think it can be frustrating, not being able to have a player who you can rely on to win in and out, but it’s really the joy of it. And there ARE tons of good matches. Definitely check back in for a good match… I’m thinking Petrova/S. Williams is gonna be a good one Thanks for the comment, and if you’ve got any other questions or anything, drop me a comment

I have been loving your witty and sharp blogs for the last few months – I follow the atp but the blogsphere talks alot about the wta -(haven’t followed it from the days of Chrissie and Martina) so i thought i should see what all the gas is about – picked this match to reaquaint myself -What was that exactly?? so sorry you lost sleep over it – just wanted you to know i was reading your live blog -was the best bit about the experience! such dedication -
