Its Not You, Its Me

Its true my friends, life (specifically school) is destroying the poor tennis nerd within me. He is far from dead, just partially suffocated. I haven’t even really had time to write a wrap-up for YEC, and it likely won’t happen. I DO however plan on doing one for the entire women’s year (I’ll probably save it for once the men are done so I can do them at the same time) and HOPEFULLY cover Paris. I’ll definitely be there for London too (most of my crap will be done by then). I might even do a Fed Cup post or two if I catch some. So I’m not disappearing (not at all), I’m just getting hammered and need the time. I will be back!
And on a slightly related note, no, MTR has not been upgraded yet, which is entirely to do with bank and Visa problems, stuff that I still need to figure out. Who knows when that happens, but MTR will most definitely have a shiny fresh face for January. Hopefully see you this weekend! Cheers and thanks for reading! (Really, October was the biggest month by far, appreciate it!)
Hang in there, Brodes.
I know that feeling Brodes. School sucks big time.
The news of Rafa and Pico playing doubles together in Paris must surely have cheered you up!
I know how ya feel Brodes. While I’m out of school, I have been so freakin’ busy with work and other things that I have barely kept up with the tennis the past couple of weeks.
Good luck Brodes.
What about Juan Martin del Potro beating Marat Safin today? It looks like old Safin finally retired and is moving on to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
By the way, I used to be a bassoon player in an orchestra back in college and then realized the jobs were sparse and I didn’t like it as much as I thought.
If interested in adding me to your blogroll I will more than happy to add you to mine.
James
